It’s finally time for me reveal the results from my second weigh-in since I started on my weight loss journey in mid-October. Now I understand the jitters my patient feel when they come to me for a review. Did I lose any weight or did I put on some weight instead? Nevertheless, I was excited to find out the results. I removed my shoes and emptied my pockets to get accurate results of my measurements. Time to stand on the scale!
My measurements have improved slightly. Maybe not as much as I was hoping for, but for just over two weeks, I think it’s a great start. Here are my measurements for comparison, and it was done two weeks after I started on my weight loss journey through exercising and a CoolSculpting treatment.
